Marketplace Nature

UseGenesys provides a platform connecting buyers and vendors. Vendors are responsible for handling returns and refunds.

Eligible Refund Situations

Customers may request refunds when:

  • An order is not delivered
  • The wrong item is received
  • The item is significantly different from its description
  • The item arrives damaged

Return Requests

Customers should initiate return requests within 7 days of receiving the product unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may not be eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products
  • Customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items specifically marked non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute arises, UseGenesys may review available evidence and assist in resolving the matter.
