Eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws.

Store Operations

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Product listings
  • Pricing
  • Inventory management
  • Order fulfillment
  • Customer support

Revenue Sharing

UseGenesys may deduct platform commissions, transaction fees, or service charges as disclosed to vendors.

Vendor Conduct

Vendors must not:

  • Sell prohibited products
  • Misrepresent products
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant UseGenesys a license to display and promote listed products.

Account Suspension

UseGenesys reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts for violations of platform policies.

Liability

Vendors remain solely responsible for their products, services, warranties, and legal compliance.
