Nigerian customers can use Paystack. Enable Sui payments to accept USDC from international buyers. The same 3% platform fee applies to Sui payments.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You can create a store, list up to 10 products, and start accepting orders at ₦0/month. You only pay when you upgrade to the Seller plan.
What is the platform fee?
useGenesys takes a small percentage of each completed transaction to cover payment processing and platform costs. The exact rate is shown in your dashboard settings. There are no hidden fees.
How does billing work?
The Seller plan is billed monthly at ₦3,000. Payment is processed in Naira via Paystack. You can cancel at any time — your store stays active until the end of your paid period.
Can I have more than one store?
The Seller plan includes up to 2 stores. If you need more, contact us about the Business plan.
What payment methods do my customers use?
Customers can pay via Paystack (card or bank transfer), USSD, OPay, and WhatsApp checkout for Nigerian buyers. International buyers can pay with USDC or SUI via Sui blockchain — no foreign bank account needed on either side.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Creating an account and launching on the Free plan requires no payment information at all.
Can buyers outside Nigeria pay on my store?
Yes — with Sui blockchain payments enabled, international buyers can pay in USDC directly to your store. You receive it instantly. No foreign bank account needed. Sui payments are available on the Seller plan.
